Capri3 Consultants provides training and development solutions to Corporate as well as in the form of workshops to individuals in the following formats:

Training of employees: We strongly believe that employees are the torch bearers of any successful Corporate and it is essential for them to be well aware of the science and art of managing their soft skills. We offer training workshops/group coaching based a structured Training Need Analysis (TNA) that we conduct prior to advising about the training programs. A special emphasis is laid on experiential learning so that the employees are able to effectively apply the concepts they learn at the learning programs in their daily activities back at their work place.

Corporate Retainer: A company may engage and retain Capri3 Consultants and periodically utilize its services through regular workshops and ongoing follow up coaching. As a retainer, Capri3 Consultants also conduct random quality checks to maintain consistency in standards of the employees for the Soft Skills training imparted to them.

Workshops: We offer 1 to 2 day workshops on various soft skills as well we can also specifically design the workshops to meet our client requirements. These workshops are conducted in a manner to impart knowledge as well as provide a platform for experiential learning on the soft skills related topics. These workshops are usually conducted with 8 to 12 participants so that individual attention may be provided to them during the sessions.
